Shipping policy

Every item is made and thoroughly checked for quality and since we are a small business, processing can take time. There's never a guarantee that we can get your order out by a specific time but we do our best to get everything processed and shipped within 10 business days. 

Once orders have been processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking number via United States Postal Service

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs vary by the weight of package and distance per USPS policies. There may be additional fees depending on the laws of the country of destination. 

What is the return/exchange policy?

Items must be in NEW and unused condition, as determined by GWPL.

Exchanges will be shipped at your costs. Original shipping costs WILL NOT be refunded. 

*Any order, domestic or international, that is returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., the customer will have to pay for reshipment of the package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.

Sales are final on discounted items and cannot be returned.
