We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of the ship date.
WE WILL NOT REFUND DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS
WE WILL NOT REFUND PRE-ORDER ITEMS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RECEIVED. If you decide to pre-order a specialty item please be aware that these items take longer to ship and we cannot always guarantee the shipping date although we do our best to give you updates as often as possible. Please see more info regarding PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Product must be in new condition. Not worn and without smells. If the item you have returned does not meet "like new" standards the customer will recieve store credit for the cost of the items returned. We WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE.
If you would like a return or exchange please download and fill out this form. Please include this form when shipping back to us.
As soon as your return is received, we will process the return per your instructions.
Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund had been issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges: You will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Girls Who Powerlift is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Girls Who Powerlift is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
Orders returned for insuffucient address will not be reshipped. Customer will be notified and the order will be refunded except for the shipping costs.
