We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of the ship date.
Product must be in new condition.
If you would like a return or exchange please download and fill out this form. Please include this form when shipping back to us.
As soon as your return is received, we will process the return per your instructions.
Refunds: You will receive an email when your refund had been issued to the original form of payment.
Exchanges: You will receive an email with tracking information when the new item is sent out. If a requested exchange item is out of stock, a refund will be issued automatically and you will receive an email confirmation of the refund.
*Original shipping costs will not be refunded.
*Sales Items are final. Discounted sale items and cannot be returned.
GirlsWhoPowerlift is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. GirlsWhoPowerlift is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
Domestic orders returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer is responsible for reshipment of package. We do not cover/reimburse for shipping costs in regards to a return/exchange.
Any international order returned back to us for either having an insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc., Customer will have to pay for Express shipping
