How long does it take to ship my order?

Every item is made and thoroughly checked for quality and since we are a small business, processing can take time. There's never a guarantee that we can get your order out by a specific time but we do our best to get everything processed and shipped within 10 business days. 

Once orders have been processed, customers will receive an email confirming shipment and a tracking number via United States Postal Service. 

Where is my Preorder?

Preorders have a longer wait time to ship. It can take up to 4 weeks to process your order. That is why they're typically discounted from the normal price.  

Do you ship internationally?

Simply put, Yes.

There is a greater risk when shipping internationally due to customs rules in different countries. Packages shipped, whether in the US or internationally can never be guaranteed. Once the package is out of our hands and in the hands of the USPS we have no control or say in how it will arrive to you. 

How much is shipping? 

Shipping costs vary by weight of package and distance per USPS policies. There may be additional fees depending on the laws of the country of destination. But typically USA shipping is under $5 and International is $20 unless you order a lot of stuff.

What is the return/exchange policy?

We will accept returns and/or exchanges within 20 days of the ship date. 

WE WILL NOT REFUND DISCOUNTED SALE ITEMS

WE WILL NOT REFUND PRE-ORDER ITEMS THAT HAVE YET TO BE RECEIVED. If you decide to pre-order a specialty item please be aware that these items take longer to ship and we cannot always guarantee the shipping date although we do our best to give you updates as often as possible. Product must be in new condition. Not worn and without smells. If the item you have returned does not meet "like new" standards the customer will recieve store credit for the cost of the items returned. We WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE.

What happens if I don't receive my package?

If the package was sent to the address that the customer provided and was not delivered it is not the responsibility of the sender to correct the matter. We will not refund your purchase.

If the package gets returned we will send you an email and handle it on a case by case basis.

If the tracking information shows that the package was delivered we cannot refund the order. 

Is your sizing true to size?

Our items are true to size. Every item is measured by hand. Please see the size charts on each of the individual items prior to purchasing to ensure you are choosing the right size. Please note that each item is measured flat- not on a model. We suggest you compare the size chart measurements to your favorite pieces in our own collection as opposed to measuring your body. The garment measurements may seem small but that's because a flat measurement does not take into consideration that the fabric WILL stretch. Most of our garment are made with a blend of cotton and a stretchy material. If this is still confusing, please see the size chart in the product descriptions which has the individual number and how we found this measurements.
