Who wouldn’t love a good pancake stacked with 17 grams of protein? A crazy person that is! These pancakes taste like the real thing without all the carbohydrates and with more protein! Perfect as a base to add in all sorts of toppings and as a meal prep staple in my diet! These keep me full all morning and satisfied with my breakfast!
Ingredients
1 egg
2 oz low-fat cottage cheese
10g quick oats
14g almond flour
¼ tsp of baking powder
Directions: Place all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth
Heat griddle to medium-high heat
When bubbles start forming, flip pancakes
Voila! Protein Pancakes (1 serving)
